Fees for Landlords

*Please note all percentages are applicable to VAT unless otherwise specified*

Let Only service:

6% of the total rent fee. Paid upon tenant occupying the property. An additional cost is incurred for serving a notice, a cost of £60.00 per notice.

Fee for Letting and Rent Collection:

8% of the total rental fee. This is deducted monthly. An additional cost for serving a notice is £60.00 per notice.

Full Management Service Option:

10% of the total rental fee.

Registering & Holding of Tenants Deposit:

• For managed properties a yearly fee of £40.00 inc VAT
• For unmanaged properties a yearly fee of £80.00 inc VAT

Statutory Periodic Tenancy:

Statutory Periodic Tenancy is whereby the agreement is on a month to month basis, this can be agreed once a tenancy agreement expires. This would be confirmed by Home Counties via formal letter direct to the tenants. Prior to this, a charge will be agreed with the Landlord depending on the managed option previously selected by the Landlord.

Please note that all charges mentioned only cover the fees that Home Counties Estate Agents charge, this does not include any form of property maintenance, gas safety checks, Landlord Insurance etc.
